Purchasers Responsibilities

Purchaser understands that The Company will not be held responsible for any legal repercussions which may arise as you use The Company's products even if it arises out of negligence on behalf of The Company.

Brighton and any of its web-based platforms are intended for general public use. This site is not intended for use by a minor. Upon The Company's discovery of use by a minor (age 18 or below), services provided by The Company will be discontinued until permission is granted by a legal parent or guardian.

Indemnity

Purchaser will indemnify and hold The Company and its affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, officers, directors harmless from loss, damages, costs, expenses, attorney's fees and expert witness fees relating to or arising out of: (1) any breach of these Terms and Conditions; (2) violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations governing the purchaser.
